I waive and release Winnipeg Mini World Cup, its affiliated associations, sponsors, agents or representatives, from any and all injuries, damages or losses suffered while participating and competing in all games, tournaments, and events with the Winnipeg Mini World Cup. Further, event volunteers and affiliates, as well as co-organizers, are not responsible for lost or damaged personal property. All scheduled events are subject to change. I understand that no fees will be refunded once the event has started due to bad weather and/or any other circumstances. I am aware that photos/videos may be taken and used for publicity purposes. By registering as an individual, I acknowledge that the player will be placed on a team that closest matches or relates to their ethnic background as submitted through this form. Teams will be formed based on players & teams registered.
