Super Fan Supporter's Jerseys Payment - Pay By E-Transfer - $25 Per Shirt

). Payment should be made no later than April 8th. Please include Player Name & Team Name in the E-Transfer description so we can have your jersey(s) ready for pickup at the tournament!

Tournament Waiver
I waive and release Winnipeg Mini World Cup, its affiliated associations, sponsors, agents or representatives, from any and all injuries, damages or losses suffered while participating and competing in all games, tournaments, and events with the Winnipeg Mini World Cup. Further, event volunteers and affiliates, as well as co-organizers, are not responsible for lost or damaged personal property. All scheduled events are subject to change. I understand that no fees will be refunded once the event has started due to bad weather and/or any other circumstances. I am aware that photos/videos of my players may be taken and used for publicity purposes. By registering a team, I acknowledge that my players will be representing a team that closest matches or relates to their ethnic background, to the best of our ability as submitted through this form. Teams participating will be formed based on players & teams registered.
Coach & Manager Waiver
We read and acknowledge that we will be responsible for managing our team and players during the duration of the Winnipeg Mini World Cup Event. We will be responsible for the players of our team in all situations related to this event, and work in conjunction with their parents to ensure that each child is playing and expressing themselves in a manner that upholds the values of this event, including respect for peers and opponents, fair play, and respect for cultures and different backgrounds. We will lead and set an example for our team in this regard to ensure the message of inclusivity and connection through sport can be shared with all participants. We understand that this tournament is meant to bring out the best qualities in our players, and is meant to be a development opportunity for all participants.
Team Waiver
We read and acknowledge that we will follow the guidelines set out by the Winnipeg Mini World Cup organizers, including deadlines for registration, deadlines for adding roster players, management of our team and relationship with all parents & players, and compete in an honest manner that respects all stakeholders of the Winnipeg Mini World Cup.
